1. Please send in the application form by e-mail or post by each application deadline. We will be happy to see your portfolio or photos of your work. Even if the works are of a different medium, they are helpful for tutors in understanding your background.
If required, please express your interest in staying at the dormitory on your application form.
*Students are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All eligible applications submitted by the application deadline will be considered.
*You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your application. If you do not receive a reply within 5 business days, please let us know. Please note that we will be closed during the following periods:
Mar. 12-31 (Spring Vacation), Apr. 29- May 5 (Golden Week), Jul. 31-Aug. 28, Dec. 21-Jan. 9 (Winter Vacation)
2. If accepted, you will receive an estimate for your stay (tuition fee, accommodation etc). This must be paid in full by bank transfer, by the payment receipt deadline.
3. Please do not cancel.
Application Deadlines
Spring term: Oct. 31 / Notification date: Late November
Autumn term: April 5 / Notification date: Late April
March Foundation Kasuri: Aug. 31, 2016 / Notification date: Late September
A second application period will be considered if there are vacancies.

*10,000 yen for students returning within 3 years. 8% tax not included. |

2. If accepted, you will receive an estimate for your stay (tuition fee, accommodation etc). The full amount must be paid in cash at the office at 9AM on the first day of the course.
Important:
Workshops may be cancelled if a minimum number of participants have not registered two weeks prior to the date of the course.
Please do not cancel. We may charge you a cancellation service fee.
