Application Procedure

1. Please fill in and submit the online application form by the application deadline.You will need to agree to the Workshops Terms and Conditions to apply.
Check in time and date: 8:30 Jul. 13, 2026 (Shifu Weaving)
Check out time and date: 7:00-13:00 Jul. 17, 2026 (Shifu Weaving)
*Students are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
*You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your application. If you do not receive a reply within 5 business days, please let us know.
2. If accepted, you will receive an estimate for your stay (tuition, accommodation, meals). Please pay by the payment receipt deadline to complete your registration.
Please pay by bank transfer. Please note that you will have to pay for ALL banking charges (bank transfer fees (source of transfer and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation), and the currency conversion fee).
It is possible to pay online with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club Card).
