1. Please fill in and submit the online application form by 09:00 (JST) on May 15, 2020. If you have any problems with our online form, please download our application form and send it back to us by e-mail (intl"at"kawashima-textile-school.jp).

2. Once we receive your application form, we will send you an estimate for your stay (tuition, accommodation, meals). After the decision is made that the workshop will be held (please see below), please pay the full amount to complete your registration.
Please pay by bank transfer. Please note that you will have to pay for ALL banking charges (bank transfer fees (source of transfer and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation), and the currency conversion fee).
It is possible to pay online with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club Card). There will be a separate 4% handling fee in addition to the total amount.
Workshops will be cancelled if the minimum number of participants have not applied by the application deadline.
After the application deadline, we will notify all applicants by email if the workshop will be held or not.
Please do not cancel. The full fee will be charged for cancellations after the notification email is sent.
