Application Procedure

for workshops *updated Nov. 10, 2021

 

1. Please fill in and submit the online application form by each application deadline.You will need to agree to the Workshops Terms and Conditions to apply.

 

Check in time and date: 4PM  Feb. 15 (Shifu Weaving) | Feb. 24 (Natural Dyeing)
Check out time and date: 5PM Feb. 19 (Shifu Weaving) | Feb. 26 (Natural Dyeing)
Please inquire if you would like to check out at a different time.

 

2. Once we receive your application form, we will send you an estimate for your stay (tuition, accommodation, meals).

 

3. Please pay the full amount by the payment deadline to complete your registration.

 

 

Cancellation:

Workshops with a minimum number of participants required will be cancelled if there are not enough applicants. For these workshops, we will inform all applicants whether the workshop will be held or not by e-mail after the application deadline.

 

There will be a cancellation fee for cancellations after the application deadline. Please be sure to confirm before applying.

 

Cancellation Requests:

Each workshop has a "maximum capacity of participants," so please be sure to inform us by email or FAX when cancelling (including nonpayment).

 

Cancellation Fees:

After the application deadline (including cancellation without notice): 100% of the course fee and 50% of the accommodation fee

 

However, if safety is prioritized due to weather or natural disasters, the school may cancel or change the event. In that case, course fees and accommodation fees will be refunded in full. If there is a cancellation or change, we will inform you by telephone or e-mail by the day before the course starts.

 

*Please note that unless the school informs you of a cancellation or change of the workshop, cancellations due to reasons such as the weather will be seen as a cancellation due to the student's convenience, and a cancellation fee will be charged.

*This system allows you to pay by credit card, at a convenience store, or Pay-easy using your e-mail address and the Internet. If you would like to use this payment method, please let us know. Please check the contents and follow the link provided in our e-mail to complete the payment procedure. The payment is completed within the system when using a credit card, but when using convenience stores or Pay-easy, you must pay at the handling institution (convenience store, online banking, ATM, etc.) by entering the individual code issued at the end of the procedure.

There will be a separate 4% handling fee in addition to the total amount.
